Management Committee and Legal Status
MAMC has a supportive management committee and staff, which is rich in organisational, training and financial management skills, as well as a number of volunteers who regularly assist the organisation across the full range of its projects.
The Management Committee provides the leadership in governance to the organisation, giving the organisation a clear vision in providing specific projects, targets and funding.
There is a regular line of communication between the management committee, staff, arts officers, tutors and Volunteers. This is carried forward through regular meetings, organisational planning and evaluation.
