Project Consultation
MAMC is applying to Reaching Communities Fund from April 2011 to 2014. This Project Consultation Strategy has been prepared to assist with the co-ordination and management of the Project Consultation process for the development of the arts and media training in the borough.

The Consultation is taking place with young people, local councillors, focus groups and local stakeholders within the local community. The involvement of the relevant organisations, partners and individuals is crucial in identifying needs and issues relating to the proposed provision.

Purpose
The purpose of the consultation is to research the training needs of young people between 14 to 19 years old within the Borough in order to identify necessary skills and activities
required in the areas for development with regards to arts and media.

Finalise Plan and Prepare Report
Following the meetings, all feedback, discussion and information collected will be consolidated into the final application of the Reaching Communities Fund.
