This is Rochdale´s biggest annual public cultural event of it´s social calendar. The Mela is expected to attract 5,000 on the day.
The Mela is advertised on the following: Asian Satellite TV, national radio, regional newspapers, regional magazines, posters, regional Local Authorities, Schools, Community Centres, Voluntary Sector, Internet, shops and a lot of physical work. We physically market the event throughput the Borough of Rochdale and the North West.
