Stallholders are requested to book from February to avoid disappointment. Please fill in the form below and print and view the Terms and Conditions for booking.

Please note :
Multicultural Arts & Media Centre only supplies the actual space, you must provide your own tables, chairs, electric, marquees, ect. Upon acceptance you will be contacted regarding pricing (as appropriate). Stall space is on a first come, first served basis, so please book early.
Information stalls :
Reserved space is 8ft x 8ft per stall. Fee = £100 (8ft x 8ft per day)
Retail stalls :
Reserved space is 16ft x 16ft, if you require a larger area you can book extra space. Fee = £200 (16ft x 16ft per day)
Food stalls :
You need to write the length and width of trailer or stall setup within the additional information. Also upon acceptance, MAMC require copies of Gas and electrical certificates, your risk assessment, food hygiene certificates and public liability insurance. We will also require an additional £50 (payable to RMBC) and 2 passport size photographs for Street Trade Licence. Please send to MAMC only.
Fee = dependant on size of stall. Please bring all necessary documents on the day.
