National Touring

MAMC also provides the opportunity to bring a professional or visiting Visual Artist from Pakistan, for intensive workshops sessions to meet, teach and collaborate through embroidery and textile work and share experiences with learners and artists from other cultural backgrounds to work with regional and national groups, organisations, galleries and schools.

Tour 1.

MAMC is promoting professional Kathak Dancer, Kanchan Maradan, from Brasil. She is highly acclaimed artists who will be providing worhsops and live performances in UK from 14th Jan 2010 to 28th Feb 2010. Please ring M. Sarwar 07930 306933 for bookings.

She will be performing live on 5th and 6th Feb 2010 at the Zion Centre, Manchester.

Tour 2.

Workshops in Embroidery/Textile and Handicraft touring exhibition is currently taking place from April 2010 2009 to September 2010.

Previously, MAMC has been bringing various artists over for the past 8 years, performing in venues such as: Bridgewater Hall, Manchester, Philharmonic Hall, Liverpool, Colston Hall, Bristol, People's theatre, Newcastle, Royal Albert Hall, London, Belfast Mela, Edingburgh Mela, Carnival of Cultures, Rochdale Borough Mega Mela.
